Regarding: Well Yield test and report for 2918 County Road 4
A well yield duration test and inspection was completed on June 28 th 2022. This well is a drilled well construction where the well head is buried in a well tile and not accessible for depth and static water level measurements at the time of inspection. A pump yield test was completed over a period of time at a rate of 8 gallons per minute. A total of 240 gallons of water was produced with no drop in pressure or volume noted. This well was determined to be producing an adequate water supply for residential use at this time.

Based on inspection findings please find our Recommendations and Remarks:
1. I recommend that a well extension is completed as in accordance with the MOE water and wells regulation 903. 2. The pressure tank system was in working order at the time of inspection. 3. The water softener is in an aged condition and I do recommend for replacement. 4. There is a good quality Ultraviolet light system installed. If you have any questions regarding these results and remarks, please do not hesitate to contact me directly.
